the service

braid lets you organise links to videos hosted elsewhere into playlists and play them, using each platform's own player where one exists. You can attach a backup link to a save, pointing at a copy kept somewhere else, and braid plays that link when the original is gone. braid doesn't download or store videos.

your responsibilities

• Only link to copies of videos you have the right to, and only for your personal, non-commercial use. You're responsible for what your links point at.
• Don't use braid to redistribute other people's work. Backup links are private to you, and shared playlists only show originals.
• Keep your account secure, and don't abuse the service (automated mass saving, attacks, evading limits).

copyright

If you believe a link braid shows infringes your rights, email us with the details and we'll remove it promptly; the copyright page says what to include. Accounts that repeatedly link to infringing material are closed.

premium and billing

Premium renews automatically each month or year until you cancel in settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep premium until the end of the paid period. Your playlists and backup links stay as they are afterwards.

availability

Videos come from other platforms, which can change or remove them at any time, and some may not allow embedding. Re-uploads are found where possible, not guaranteed. We work hard to keep everything running but provide the service as is, without guarantees.

ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
